For all the blessings of the year,
For all the friends we hold so dear,
For peace on earth, both far and near,
We thank Thee, Lord.

For life and health, those common things,
Which every day and hour brings,
For home, where our affection clings,
We thank Thee, Lord.

For love of Thine which never tires,
Which all our better thought inspires,
And warms our lives with heavenly fires,

Happy New Year

Happy new year to all who read my incredibly boring blog!
There is a lot happening in our lives here in Saintfield at the minute and I will update you in the days to come DV.

This may seem like a strange article to start a year, but as we have come to the end of our 350th Celebrations as a church, and as we were looking at the 'journey of the few' at our elders' prayer meeting on Monday, I found it a real interesting read.
